研究成果

我的研究興趣主要在於應用工程的方法來解決已知的醫學臨床問題,例如第一型糖尿病治療,mRNA的基因治療等等.由於研究興趣過於廣泛,我將我的研究依照大小區分為三類,奈米等級,微米等級和毫米以上等級:在奈米等級中,我主要利用奈米粒子做藥物的輸送,比如對第一型糖尿病患者的升糖素輸送和脂質奈米粒子輸送mRNA.在微米等級中,我主要運用水凝膠包裹有療效的細胞,進行細胞治療的開發,以第一型糖尿病為例,我利用胰島細胞來分泌胰島素和升糖素,並利用水凝膠來保護這些細胞免於人體的免疫攻擊來治療糖尿病.最後在毫米等級以上的研究,在於製作大型細胞移植器材和電子控制的藥物輸送器材做不同疾病的治療.
